time commitment
Weekly: 12 weekly live sessions
Sessions: 90 minutes, online
Preparation: Between sessions — approximately 1 hour reading and/or prep
Three phases. Twelve weeks. One cohort.
Phase 01 — Weeks 1 to 4 Know Yourself Self-leadership Foundation. Who are you as a leader right now and what is actually driving you?
Phase 02 — Weeks 5 to 8 Lead Your People. How you show up for your team and the infrastructure that supports them.
Phase 03 — Weeks 9 to 12 Lead in the Future. Change readiness and what is next. Lead well regardless of conditions.
the program
Details: Basecamp runs as a closed cohort. No more than 14 people. Multi-organization, which means you are learning alongside peers from different businesses and sectors not just your own team. It is all online.
Facilitators: Sessions are co-facilitated by Lori Lynch and Suzie Read. The human side and the systems side, both in the room for every session.
Peer Community: Between sessions you have the opportunity to build on your knowledge by working with a peer accountability partner.

Individual: $1,500 CAD per person (Self-funded or employer-sponsored)
Team Rate: $1,250 CAD per person (3 or more from the same organization)
